Welcome to our spacious and bright Les enfants du marais house for 6 people near the beach of Lancastria, located on an unfenced plot of 3000 m2 planted with trees and bordered by marshes. The marshes of Lyarne, a sensitive protected area, classified Natura 2000 with the Ramsar label since 2017.
Our house comprises:
-an entrance to the living room,
-an open kitchen A/E (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor, combined fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, dishwasher...), -a dining area for up to 8 people,
-a lounge area with a sofa and a smart TV, connect to your own 4G to enjoy the television, sound bar,
A small corridor leads:
-2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (140*190 cm) 2 tables and bedside lamps, a wardrobe, a chair,
-1 bathroom with shower (washbasin, towel dryer, hair dryer)
-and separate toilets.
The living room opens onto a bedroom with 1 double bed (140*190 cm) with its shower and sink and a small laundry room with a washing machine, water heater, a tancarville, ironing board and iron, a vacuum cleaner, cot and high chair.

Outside an unfenced plot of 3000m² with a terrace of 40m², a barbecue, a plancha, a dining area, an outdoor lounge, a clothesline bordered by unprotected marshes.

For your parking, you can park easily on the grounds.
