Pretty quiet house in TALARIS residence
Close to the centre of La Palmyre (all shops), its market and its magnificent beaches. As soon as you leave the hamlet, cycle paths (https://sports-nature.agglo-royan.fr/velos) and pedestrian paths allow you to walk in the forest, on the seaside, at the port and in the city.
Activities: swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September, table tennis tables and petanque court
Nearby: racecourse, luna park, youpiland, zoo de la Palmyre (ranked in the 10 most beautiful zoos in France), tree climbing, horse riding, quad biking, fishing, water activities, bike rental nearby, cinema, etc

First floor: living room with modular table for 4 to 6 people, chairs, BZ, television. Kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, crockery. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Sleeping area for 2 bunk beds (duvet, pillows).
Upstairs: Master bedroom upstairs with a 140x190 bed (duvet, pillows).
Outside: Enclosed terrace not overlooked, ideal for the safety of children. Garden furniture + chairs, electric barbecue
To bring: bed linen and towels (possible at an additional cost)
Pets not allowed / non-smoking accommodation
Deposit check of 300€ and cleaning fee of 20€ to be paid on arrival.
In the summer, rentals are from Saturday or Sunday and for a minimum of one week

Charmante maisonnette avec acces à pied des commerces et plage. Le plus une petite cour et une piscine dans la residence. Le moins l acces à la chambre parentale escalier pentu. Nous avons apprécier notre sejour.
