Surrounded by a large garden where you can peacefully enjoy the view of Mont Blanc, this property is spread over three levels. On the first floor, you’ll find:

On the first floor, you’ll enjoy the comfort of the 4 bedrooms with high ceilings, each featuring its own private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Two bedrooms have queen-size beds (160 cm) and two have single beds (90 cm). On the top floor, the master bedroom features a king-size bed (180 cm), TV, walk-in closet, balcony, and bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet).
Ideally located between the Prarion gondola and Lac des Chavants, where activities vary with the seasons (snowshoeing, fishing, rock climbing, children’s play areas, pétanque, open-air café, etc.). Close to cross-country ski trails and hiking trails. Merlet Park is nearby, where you can enjoy the local flora and fauna.
There are a few shops nearby, and you’ll find everything else you need for daily essentials in the center of Les Houches. Head to downtown Chamonix (10–15 min) to stroll around and enjoy a wider variety of shopping options year-round.
Free parking is available at the chalet—including one spot in the garage—and on the street. Located 200 meters from the Prarion ski lift, you’ll have easy access to the bus stop of the same name to reach the Bellevue lift or simply the heart of Les Houches (5 min) and the rest of the valley via the connection to the Mont Blanc Express and other bus lines. To explore the rest of the region by car, allow 30–40 minutes to Megève/St. Gervais and 1 hour 15 minutes to Geneva/Annecy.
