The slopes are 80 meters away. This recently renovated, bright, and comfortable one-bedroom apartment is equipped for a family of up to 5 people. It measures 38 m² and is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of the "LE MARCELLY" residence. A garage with one parking space is available in the building's underground parking. The apartment's French doors, overlooking the Route des Grandes Alpes, are double-glazed. A ski locker is included. Electric heating is provided. Bicycles are not permitted in the residence or the apartment; please arrange for bicycle storage.
