In Les Clefs at 735 m altitude, an ideal base for hiking, cycling, mountain biking or snowshoeing, with routes for all levels on Sulens. Homemade tartiflette or pizzas can be ordered for an extra fee.



3 km from Thônes and all shops, near Manigod ski resorts, Beauregard Nordic ski area, La Clusaz and Lake Annecy, 15 minutes away. Comfortable 100 m² holiday home with underfloor heating, step-free interior and mountain views. Free winter and summer shuttles. Local produce shop 5 minutes away. Private entrance, large wooden terrace. No neighbours. Free private parking for several cars. Bike and ski shelter.



A large living room, well-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area, 3 large bedrooms with skylights, a walk-in shower with heated towel rail and a separate toilet. Sleeps up to 8.
