Fully equipped high spec'd kitchen with dining area: induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker.
Living area with stunning views over the mountains together with wood burning stove, television, opening onto a South-facing balcony of 18m² which floods with afternoon sun.
Separate WC.

Bedroom 1 en suite : a king size bed (180x200), shower and WC, with fitted storage.
Bedroom 2 : 2 twin beds (90x200) with fitted storage.
