Villa Samaé: Tropical Charm in the Southwest of Réunion Island

Facing the bay of Étang-Salé-les-Bains, Villa Samaé is a bright refuge, open to the ocean and a vast tropical garden. Wooden terraces facing the sea, lounge areas under the coconut trees, stone spa and large swimming pool punctuate the days. A soft atmosphere with Asian and Creole influences.
It is ideally located between Saint-Pierre and Saint-Gilles les Bains, to radiate over the whole island, and only 10 minutes from the beach.

The accommodation
In the spirit of the "air change houses" of yesteryear in Reunion Island, Samaé embodies slow living: an elegant and warm refuge, away from the daily rhythm.
Surrounded by a 1,800 m² tropical garden, the ocean in the background, it invites you to relax.
You wake up to the sound of birdsong, relax on the terraces, relax in the four-poster bed under the trees, enjoy the warmth of the natural stone spa before slipping into the large infinity pool.
The geckos watch over the place and naturally chase away insects.

The villa is a private house, carefully furnished, which is entrusted to you for the duration of your stay. We thank you for taking the utmost care of it, as if it were your own.

🏡 Visit of the house
Once through the entrance, the bright living room opens onto the large terrace, overlooking the tropical garden and the ocean below.

To the right, the modern and open kitchen invites you to cook while enjoying the view.

Going down to the night area, on the garden level, the atmosphere becomes cosier:
• The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, a private bathroom (shower/WC) and a dressing room, opens directly onto the garden.
• Two bright bedrooms, equipped with queen-size beds, overlook the sparkling swimming pool or the garden.
A second shower room, an additional toilet (the first one is upstairs) and a laundry room complete this space.

We put to Arrange household and bath linen, oil and basic condiments, mosquito repellents, soap, cleaning products, to start the stay serenely.
Any restocking remains at the expense of the travelers. Their use is the responsibility of each individual. In case of allergies or special needs, we recommend bringing your own products.

❄️ Comfort & practical living
The villa benefits from natural, soft and pleasant ventilation, true to the tropical spirit, without artificial air conditioning.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available in the living areas and on the main terrace. The signal does not go down to the bedrooms and the garden, an invitation to really unplug.

Villa Samaé is a living home, in an authentic tropical environment. Ants, mosquitoes, spiders and geckos are part of the island's daily life.
We do our best for your comfort and thank you for welcoming this nature with the same spirit.

The garden is a natural space and it evolves with the seasons and tropical vegetation. Please do not damage the plantations.PGJyPg
The climate in the south can be changeable: intense sun, sudden rain, wind. Think of sunscreen and sweater/jacket!

The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Silence appreciated after 10 p.m.

Finally, due to the configuration of the premises, the accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility or children under 10 years old.
