At the end of a dead end, and 2 minutes walk from the city center, this villa will make you enjoy the calm with all the local shops 2 steps away.
On the ground floor and at pool level, you will find:
- 3 bedrooms with double beds 160 x 200cm, fitted wardrobes, access to the terrace and view of the swimming pool
- 1 bathroom with bath, double washbasin and WC
- The corridor is equipped with cupboards over a great length
- 1 toilet with washbasin
On the first level of the house:
