This detached house spans 3 levels and is located across from the owners’ home. On the first floor (all on one level—one step leads from the living area to the sleeping quarters): kitchen-living room, 1 bedroom with a shower room (multi-jet shower) and a separate toilet (1 double bed, 140x190 cm), 1 bathroom (bathtub), 1 separate toilet. On the first floor: living room (2 single pull-out beds, 80x190 cm) with a decorative fireplace, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm + 1 single bed 90x190 cm) with private shower room (shower and toilet).
