An old Ardèche farmhouse located, between forest and olive trees, 25 km from the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Caverne du Pont d'Arc, this air-conditioned cottage with garage (not closed) offers all the comforts in the middle of nature.
It includes among other things a terrace not overlooked with a breathtaking view of the Vans and the Serre de Barre.
With almost level access from the private garage.
Its 18 m² of uncovered terrace combined with the 14 m² of covered terrace closed by a 4 m sliding bay window will allow meals whatever the weather.
To be pleasant up to 6 people are staying in this cottage:
- a washing machine in the bathroom,
- a Schmidt fitted kitchen with dishwasher, cold-walled pyrolysis oven and induction hob,

Séjour à Courcoussou Les Assions

Super vacances. Bel endroit au calme. L'hôte Joël très accueillant et à l'écoute. Son gîte est très propre, lumineux, moderne et fonctionnel. Par contre Abritel indiquait 2 salles d'eau au lieu d'1 existante. Seule ombre, les moustiques dont le propriétaire n'est nullement responsable bien sûr. Nous recommandons ce gîte à 100%.
