Welcome to the Villa Marie-Rose! There is much to love at this charming family villa nestled between vineyards and fields, in a peaceful natural environment. This comfortable home with its large, wooded garden of 5,000m², will give you space to spread out in every direction. The property, built in the 1970s, features 2 spacious bedrooms with king-sized beds, and a 3rd bedroom equipped with two single beds; all with air-conditioning and bed linen provided. The bathroom is large, with a WC, bidet, and bath. There is also a separate shower room, and separate WC. Again, a selection of towels, including pool towels, are provided for our guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dual gas and induction hob for cooking family meals. Outside, the shaded terrace has ample space to relax on a hammock surrounded by Oleander and Olive trees. There is a plancha for outdoor BBQs as well as tables and benches for all the family to share meals from breakfast to dinner.
All rooms, including the sitting room, have fully reversible air conditioning ~ with a ceiling fan in the kitchen for comfort. Guest have access to high-speed internet, free Wi-Fi and a 43-inch TV. The sitting room has a large dining table for 8 people and a selection of family games.
Leading from the terrace, the sparkling pool is surrounded by colourful sun loungers and sunshades, and pleasantly not overlooked. The surrounding private garden is not only quiet and secluded but filled with the scent of wild lavender and rosemary, which grow in abundance amongst the tall pine trees. At Villa Marie-Rose we include a weekly pool clean in our price, as well as the final house clean and booking fees.
Pets are welcome, but we limit them to 2. Sorry, we can’t welcome cats due to allergy issues.
Our large, wooded garden is ideal for guests with pets – but whilst the pool area, terrace and habitable areas are enclosed, pet owners should note many parts of the garden are not fenced. A visit at night from the cheeky local boars is not unusual, as they sometimes use the garden as a handy shortcut through the woods(!)
