The villa, of 400m² -145m² of covered terraces- can accommodate 12 people. It has 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, spread over its 3 different levels. Five of these rooms are furnished with a queen size four-poster bed; the last with two 90-poster beds. On the first floor, in the very large entrance hall, like a small independent studio, are the first two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with toilet. On the first floor, and on the garden level with access to the swimming pool, a fully equipped, modern and functional kitchen, a living room and several relaxation and dining areas open onto a huge terrace enjoying a splendid view. The whole forms a large living room of 200m²! Still on this floor, and benefiting from the same splendid view, are on either side of the living space, two beautiful bedrooms each with a private bathroom with toilet, as well as a laundry room, a pantry and plenty of storage. The top floor has a spacious master suite of 38 m² consisting of a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a large shower room, separate toilets and a terrace of 28m² from which you can admire a beautiful view of the sea, the village and the hills. The sixth bedroom, on the same floor, on the garden side, is equipped with two single four-poster beds, an en-suite shower room with toilet. Outside, a tropical garden, with beautiful species (royal palms, tiares, ylang ylang, bougainvillea, frangipani, lemon trees, birds of paradise, mango tree, dragon fruit, etc.), an infinity pool (swimming lane 12m x 2.5m) and various terraces will allow you to enjoy the Caribbean sun!
Access to the two parking spaces located under the villa is quite steep (as is often the case in Martinique!) and requires an SUV-type vehicle or, at least, a vehicle that is not lowered. There is also the possibility of parking for free on the street with several spaces available in front of the villa.
