Discover this superb villa, located 1 km from the beach of the village of Anses d'Arlet, in a quiet and residential area, on the edge of the Martinique Regional Natural Park. Its recent renovation combines very contemporary decoration and furniture with natural materials such as terracotta tiles and solid wood parquet to form a setting that is both authentic and luxurious, a perfect balance between tradition and modernity. If the interior of the villa is very beautiful, its exteriors are no less so! First of all, there is the pretty tropical garden with its lush palm trees, hibiscus and other exotic species, the barbecue, the salt swimming pool (8.5×3.5m) and its deck whose sunbeds invite you to laze around and then the view... An incredible view of the Caribbean Sea, the Anses d'Arlet and the hills that surround them. This view is omnipresent, you will enjoy not only the large covered terrace which adjoins the swimming pool and houses the dining area as well as an outdoor lounge – having a drink comfortably seated facing the setting sun is truly magical, but also the living room, very bright, largely open to the outside through large bay windows. This living room, with its remarkable cathedral ceiling, includes a lounge area with two comfortable sofa beds, an office area and a fully equipped, modern and functional kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, American refrigerator ...). The villa can accommodate 8 people in its 4 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with a fan, all equipped with 180x200cm beds (very high quality bedding): a master suite with shower room and very large dressing room, a bedroom with private bathroom and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom (in one of these two bedrooms, it is possible to split the bed into two single beds). In a small separate room, you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, toilets and an outdoor shower. The swimming pool has two security systems: an alarm and a net that can be installed around it, on request, to guarantee the safety of the little ones. It should be noted that the villa is on one level but that it is necessary to climb a few steps to access the entrance. In addition, if Cap Sud does not have a private parking lot, it is nevertheless very easy to park on the street, right in front of the villa.
