Located in the heart of the Bourg des Anses d'Arlet, 2nd favorite village of the French in 2020; our villa offers an exceptional view of the bay. Perfect for holidays, with its ventilated terrace, its swimming pool and its two independent bedrooms; this house built in 2024 is ideal for two couples.
Accustomed to exceptional villas, with L'Hacienda in the Indian Ocean, on Rodrigues Island, we are renewing the experience in the Antilles thanks to Cap KARAIB

Magnifique villa

Tres belle emplacement, villa tres soignée et bien equipee, magnifique salles de bain, cuisine impeccable, petit bac a punch tres agreable, vue de la terrasse et d une des chambres superbe. Petite attention a l arrivee tres appreciable. La seule petite nuisance ponctuelle durant la journee est l utilisation des garages somaison

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable, le logement est impeccable la vue imprenable sur les anses d’Arlets, une petite piscine privée, une décoration sobre et efficace, la literie au top mais surtout un GRAND MERCI à Jean Denis, la personne qui gère le logement. Toujours sympathique et disponible
