Logement trĂšs agrĂ©able et pratique avec une magnifique vue. La boĂźte Ă  clĂ©s au-delĂ  de l’arrivĂ©e fut trĂšs pratique pour l’autonomie de tous les membres de la famille. Angela et son mari ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©actifs quand j’ai eu besoin de les contacter. Je recommande absolument cette location.

Excellent séjour mais conciergerie à revoir

Nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs bonnes vacances dans l'appartement d'Angela et Fabien. Tout est bien pensĂ© pour accueillir 4 adultes/4 enfants. L'appartement est spacieux, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. il y a suffisamment de place pour dĂźner Ă  8. les lits et chambres sont tops, parfaits. La mezzanine suffisante pour les enfants qui y trouvent un petit cocon. Petits points d'amĂ©lioration que nous suggĂ©rons : de la lumiĂšre au salon car c'est sombre le soir (cela est peut-ĂȘtre suffisant pour une soirĂ©e TV mais pas pour faire des jeux). Le rideau de douche en bas empĂȘche tout mouvement, il se colle systĂ©matiquement au corps, une porte serait idĂ©ale. Donc du cĂŽtĂ© des hĂ©bergeurs RAS c'Ă©tait top ! En revanche la conciergerie c'est un problĂšme : mĂ©nage correct sans plus. ProcĂ©dure d'arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part horrible. Nous avons respectĂ© tout ce qui Ă©tait demandĂ© : pas de sms, appeler 3 jours avant puis 1/2 avant d'arriver. Il a fallu en tout passer 15 appels (et tentatives d'appel) Ă  l'aller, 9 appels pour le dĂ©part !!! Et tout ça en nous demandant d'arriver Ă  15h le samedi car 16h trop de monde : nous arrivons Ă  15h (on signale notre arrivĂ©e) et quelqu'un est venu nous ouvrir Ă  16H05 (car inquiet j'ai relancĂ© Ă  15H50). Bref, gros point noir. Je ne sais pas si nous sommes les seuls Ă  qui cela est arrivĂ© mais je vous invite Ă  revoir cela pour que tout soit parfait.

Location au calme, trés agréable et trés bien équipé,il ne manque rien et on s'y sent comme à la maison! La vue est magnifique! quel régal de petit déjeuner face aux montagnes.La literie est trés confortable, les lits en 180 le top!! TrÚs bon contact avec le propriétaire et la conciergerie.
