Ideally located studio apartment with a sleeping alcove in the Chatelet district of Mottaret, this studio is situated on the 3rd floor of a small private residence, offering a perfect location for an exceptional holiday. Shops are right at your doorstep (restaurants, mini-market, cinema, ski equipment rental), the Piou-Piou children's playground is opposite, the ESF ski school is 100 meters away, the ski lifts are 50 meters away, and free parking is nearby – everything is in place for a perfect family vacation. The apartment was renovated at the end of 2025 and features a living room with a south-facing balcony offering views of Mont Vallon, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven/microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the residence. It offers ample storage, a sleeping alcove with two bunk beds, a sofa bed in the living room, and a bathroom with a toilet. Appartemment conforme à l’annonce et communication très efficace avec les propriétaires!En plus, la localisation est très bonne avec tout ce qu’il faut à courte proximité. Et dernier point, le logement est refait à neuf avec de bons matériaux (lits confortables notamment) et très bien équipé
