Liked: Cleanliness
While concierge was available and responsive, the support was subpar. We had no hot water for showers - sent help who turned on the water and noted it was hot three times and left. Finally on the fourth complaint, they sent a plumber who acknowledged an issue but wouldn't have the part until after departure. The sauna also never worked. The toilet rooms are tiny. Note, for the money we spent, bring your own toilet paper because they only supply one roll. The kitchen isn't very stocked for those who intend to cook while there. Location is close to the gondola- that's a plus.
