Disliked: Cleanliness

So dreckig, dass wir wieder heim fuhren.(700km)

Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung erkannte man, dass die Wohnung längere Zeit nicht gereinigt wurde. Auf dem Fußboden befanden sich viele Haare auch in Form von Büscheln, Flecken und obendrein noch Mäusekot, welcher gesundheitsgefährdend (u.a. Hantavirus) ist. Staubflusen umsäumten die Teppiche - wirklich ekelhaft.Die Gastgeberin bot uns eine Reinigung am nächsten Tag an. FeWo-direkt war trotz mehrfacher Versuche nicht mehr erreichbar. Wir entschieden uns die Wohnung nicht zu beziehen.Bis heute verweigert die Gastgeberin die Rückzahlung und wir erhalten keine Unterstützung von FeWo-direkt.
