Ideal in every regard

Our family of 4 (two teenagers) spent a week at this apartment at the start of April and it met our needs perfectly. The apartment was ideally located in meribel center, a short walk down hill to chaudanne for lift access or even closer up hill to the tourist center where an escalator gives skiers access directly to the Doron piste - ideal to then ski down to Chaudanne to access the valleys.The apartment also has a beautiful bakery almost opposite for morning pastries and is only a few hundred metres to the SPA supermarket for all day to day needs.The apartment itself was ideal, 3 spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrific kitchen and living area with all needs met. It has a terrific balcony facing west so captures the afternoon sun with views of the surrounding mountains. Communication with the hosts was extremely easy and checkin straight forward.We would not hesitate to stay here again (opportunity permitting) as it was a great apartment perfectly located in Meribel Centre.

Great returning visit

Fantastic location and well appointed apartment that is great for a group of 4 adults and two small children. So close to the slopes and the amenities of Meribel with a comfortable lounge and well appointed kitchen. Will likely book again.

Spacious ski apartment in the heart of MĂ©ribel

This is a fantastic apartment located about a minute walk from the main lift area, surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops and rental locations. The flat is very spacious compared to most ski apartments I’ve stayed in. Good showers, comfy beds and well stocked with crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. Julien is a responsive and helpful owner. Overall, I highly recommend!

Fabulous location

My family and I stayed at the apartment last year and we are returning this year because we liked it so much. It's close to the slopes and all that goes on in Meribel village with its shops, bars and restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped as well as having comfortable sofas and seating area. We loved it here.

Apartment was great and exactly as described. Needed to check some things with owner and he was really quick to respond and help. Apartment has everything you need and is in a fantastic location in the village. Would have been helpful to have a welcome book explaining where to find things and how to work WiFi etc. We used the wrong ski locker for the chalet below as wasn’t clear. All in all a great stay for us and we would definitely come back again..

What a lovely apartment

Really lovely stay at the apartment. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were very accommodating as we had late check in and out. Everything you needed in the kitchen, plenty of space for 7 people (4 teenagers, 3 adults). The 3rd bedroom is quite snug but we changed sleeping arrangements and all had a bed. I do have to agree with previous reviews about the pillows though, I was the only one who took my own and the rest of my group didnt find them great. Location is fab and the apartment has a ski locker just outside the door as well. Our over all opinion is we loved it and would definitely stay again. 💜

Cannot fault property or service. Location is central and 100m walk to piste point by tourist office. Appt has everything you need and more - from ChromeStick to Fondue and Raclette. All questions answered quickly. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great apartment

Great apartment, in a great location - even better when you can access the slopes just up the road next to the pub. Apartment well equipped and the host was really responsive to messages throughout the booking process and our stay. Only improvement I could think of would be some better pillows. Would 100% stay here again next time we travel to Meribel, counldn’t recommend the property more!

Location Location Location

Great chalet in the centre of Meribel, and an easy three minute walk to a ski (in-out) access point (behind the chalet). The chalet is well equipped, especially the kitchen. Supermarkets, restaurants and ski hire are all within easy walking distance. We would have preferred better pillows and a few small things (lamps and mirrors in bedrooms) could be improved, but that’s a minor complaint. We had a great time and would book again without hesitation. Some reviews mention that it’s noisy - it is at times, but not enough to put you off - the location offsets this by miles.

I would not hesitate to stay in Chalet Snowbel again on my next trip to Meribel. The apartment itself is very cosy and comfortable. Everything you need is there and the location could not be better for skiing out and in. You are just 2 minutes from the elevator that delivers you to the Doron piste and then you can ski to the hub of Meribel's lift system in seconds. Nightlife and dining are on your doorstep. We were a party of 5 males (30's to 50's) and it was made for us. Equally, the apartment would be perfect for a family. Communication with the owners was very good and the transaction and payments were all very easy.

Bonne adresse au centre de Meribel et des commerces

PlutĂŽt positive du fait de son emplacement et de son agencement trĂšs spacieux avec chambres et deux salles de bains mais des choses sont Ă  amĂ©liorer trĂšs clairement car il y a des signes d’essoufflement. RĂ©parer la machine Ă  laver inutilisable Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, revoir le tableau Ă©lectrique du lave vaisselle qui montre des faiblesses gĂȘnantes pour une utilisation normale, prĂ©voir des draps pour 6 personnes ce qui correspond Ă  la capacitĂ© du logement louĂ©, payer la redevance satellite pour utiliser la TV et mettre des torchons Ă  disposition. Il serait Ă©galement judicieux de prĂ©venir que l’établissement voisin se transforme en boĂźte de nuit les samedis soirs avec une musique extrĂȘmement forte de 1.30 Ă  4.00 du matin. Et enfin amĂ©liorer la communication entre le propriĂ©taire et l’agence.

Appartement bien situĂ©, trĂšs confortable et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Il est cependant anormal d'ĂȘtre contraint d'utiliser Chrome cast pour regarder la tĂ©lĂ©vision. Ceci oblige Ă  tĂ©lĂ©charger des applications Google pour qui n'a pas un smartphone AndroĂŻd. Pourquoi ne pas renouveler tout simplement la carte canal sat du dĂ©codeur...?

Appartement spacieux, en plein cƓur de la station. Aussi bien les commerces que l’accĂšs au pistes ce fait en 5 minutes. L'appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ© et il y a mĂȘme une cheminĂ©e pour une petit flambĂ© aprĂšs une journĂ©e de glisse ! Petit plus le casier Ă  ski sur le pallier. Top !
