This is our 6th visit with our dog and as always the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is well situated just off the motorway and easily accessible. The rooms are always clean and tidy if slightly basic.

Dinner was just ok, nothing special, had to get the fries changed as old and cold, veal was overdone on one side as it was left under heat lights in kitchen. Excellent for an overnight stay

Hotel Alisa is a no frills hotel which is perfect for an overnight stop. I had a meal and breakfast in the bar which was absolutely perfect and very reasonably priced. All the staff from the reception to the bar staff are welcoming and friendly

Ideal Stopover For Bilbao Ferry Port

Ideally located of the main auto route and a stopover for Bilbao ferry port. Very clean premises and friendly staff. The kitchen / bar provided us with a nice evening meal. We would use this venue again
