Vamos começar com os positivos. O café da manhã é muito completo e de ótima qualidade. Fizemos uma refeição no restaurante do hotel que também surpreendeu positivamente. Porém, o hotel estava cheio e não tinha lugar na garagem. O carro precisou dormir na rua e uma das noites com alguma distância do hotel a pé. Agora falando dos quartos, estes precisam uma melhora urgente. O armário do quarto que fiquei estava mofado com cheiro de mofo invadindo o quarto. A cama, de mola, estava muito, mas muito usada, com o colchão deformado, fazendo barulho em cada movimento do corpo. Duas noites mal dormidas pelo mal cheiro de mofo e cama ruim. Limpeza estava OK mas alegaram ao entrar que como o hotel estava cheio não iriam conseguir fazer limpeza diária. Ou seja, ficamos duas noites sem que ninguém fosse arrumar o quarto ou mesmo trocar toalhas, quando pedimos novas, disseram que estavam sem. Enfim, a experiência foi aquém do esperado, pois embora a parte de alimentação estivesse acima da expectativa, o quarto, cama e serviço de limpeza estiveram bem abaixo pelo valor pago.

O estacionamento é apertado, escuro, não tem elevador e o cliente precisa subir e descer uma rampa a pé. Os recepcionistas são grosseiros, sem preparo para lidar com o público, não informam direito...De forma geral o hotel é sujo, elevador imundo, as paderes do quarto muito sujas, assim como as cortinas, o edredon. Não há agua mineral nos quartos ( o mínimo que se pode esperar) e o frigobar não funciona. A porta do banheiro é emperrada e a limpeza do mesmo deixa a desejar.

Péssimo estacionamento.

Estacionamento é horrível. Por volta das 00h00 me ligaram e pediram a chave do carro alegando que precisavam mover o carro para que outro hóspede pudesse estacionar, mas não se responsabilizaram pelo que estava dentro do carro. Então tive que ir mover o carro. Chegando lá, vi que não havia veículo nenhum impedido pelo meu, e então o manobrista explicou que era por precaução. Fui acordado a toa.
