Luxury waterfront villa

Come and enjoy the Frisian way in the quiet surroundings of Leons: the heart of Friesland. From this modern villa, newly built in 2024, you can easily discover all the surrounding major Frisian cities. The house itself offers space for up to 8 people. Downstairs there is a spacious wheelchair-friendly bedroom with a bathroom suitable for disabled guests. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a separate bathroom with shower, bath and toilet furniture.

The accommodation offers the possibility to rent electric bicycles and even sloops on site (165 euros per day electric / 130 euros per day with an outboard motor). You can reserve this when you book. You can go fishing on the spot. The area is surrounded by many centres for shopping and eating at the nice restaurants. Also, do not forget the nice cafes this place has to offer!

The house has several bedrooms with a bathroom en suite, but also has a central bathroom with bath. The kitchen is fully equipped to put a delicious meal on the table.

You can relax on the pleasant terrace or in the attractively furnished garden. The kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite dishes yourself, and the accommodation also offers the possibility to rent electric bikes and even sloops on site. Mein Name ist Rien Kluitmans und wir verbrachten den 2. bis 5. Januar in den Unterkünften E und F mit 16 Personen und 1 Hund. Hatten wirklich schöne 2 Tage, konnten keinen negativen Punkt finden. Die Verwalter haben meinen Partner wegen der Bettruhe kontaktiert, die wir vergessen hatten. Wir haben eine Nachricht erhalten, dass die Bettstütze unterwegs ist. Ich benutze diese Bettstütze nicht umsonst. Als Folge der Muskelerkrankung A.L.S. Meine Beinmuskeln tun nicht mehr das, was sie tun sollen, nämlich mich herumzutragen. Und damit komme ich zum wichtigsten Erlebnis, das ich während unseres Aufenthalts in Nij Leons gesammelt habe. Zu Hause ist alles optimal auf meine Behinderung abgestimmt und somit habe ich noch ausreichend Bewegungsfreiheit. Und das ist sehr wichtig. Auch der Teil, in dem wir saßen „F“, erwies sich für meine Behinderung als gut ausgestattet. Badezimmer neben dem Bett, so dass ich keine unnötigen Transfers machen musste. Vom Bett in den Rollstuhl und vom Rollstuhl in den Duschstuhl. Wir hatten einen extra Griff mit Saugnapf, den man sozusagen an die Wand kleben kann. Sie können sie auf den Fliesen im Badezimmer verwenden und schnell verschieben. Es war zwar nicht billig, aber es sollte viel Gewicht aushalten können. Das einzige, womit ich persönlich ein kleines Problem hatte, war die Bettkante. Es gab keinen. Hin und wieder sagt man: Wenn es nicht so gemacht werden kann, wie es sein sollte, dann sollte es so gemacht werden, wie es gemacht werden kann. Normalerweise geht man einfach auf die Toilette, aber manchmal weiß man, dass man es nicht schaffen wird. Dafür habe ich ein Urinal. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes bei Ihnen. Dann setzt man sich ruhig auf die Bettkante und legt los. Bei dir war es etwas schwieriger, aber nicht unmöglich. Es ist kein einziges Mal schiefgegangen, aber ich werde es trotzdem erwähnen. Darüber hinaus wurde die Zufahrt zu Häusern sorgfältig durchdacht: Schwellen und andere Unebenheiten sind für einen Rollstuhl und ganz sicher für den Splitrider, den ich besitze, immer eine Herausforderung. Deshalb war die bestehende Metallkatastrophe eine große Lösung. Immer wenn ich ein Haus verließ, nahm ich die Katastrophe mit an einen anderen Ort. Sehr effektiv. Wir hatten auch eine tolle Zeit: Bowling in Sneek, Stadtrundgang in Leeuwarden, Spiele, Fernsehen und haben gut geschlafen. Nur das Wetter war nicht so toll, aber das kann man nicht bestellen.
