Discover the Landes, in our warm house, in the heart of a secure residence, close to the center of Léon (5 minutes walk and only 400m from the cycle path that will take you to the beach of Moliets, the lake of Léon 10 minutes away, ideal with children), no smoking, fenced garden.
On the first floor: living room with equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker ...), lounge area with wifi.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.
Upstairs: Bedroom 1: 160 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds with cupboard
Bedroom 2: 160 cm bed with cupboard
