The room was nice but, The DANCE PARTY Music volume was WAY TOO LOUD!!! THE WHOLE ROOM WAS VIBRATING. NOT VERY RELAXING, OR QUIET IN OUR ROOM AT ALL. WE COULD NOT ENJOY OUR MOVIE. When I called the front desk, to ask someone to please lower the music, they should have offered us a new room, but, told us instead, that the Dance Party would be done at 9:00Pm. DON'T GET Room# 240 if you want peace and quiet. You will be blasted by LOUD DANCE PARTY 🎶

I found the place to very expensive. They even charge $19.00 a night to park there. even though we rented a room for 2 nights They put 18% gratuity on everything. Food prices are outrages.

Never too old!!!

My daughter celebrated her 13th birthday with friends and had an amazing time! We were able to bring our own food and cake and used a table at one of the closed restaurants, the staff were super accommodating and let us borrow whatever we needed.

My hotel room bathroom was dirty and there was this nasty red spot on the wall; it right above the sink. The bed sheets smelled like it wasn't clean, the mattress was bad as well. When we layed on the bed it sunk in the middle. The room was just a terrible experience for us.

Property offers many attractions for kids of various ages: from 5 to 10 years ago. Between water and climbing, to arcade to shows and animations. Food options are very limited: mostly American cuisine. Breakfast is continental. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Overall, great place for an active indoor family outing. Don't expect exceptional / luxurious. It is cozy though!

The couch was ripped on both sides . we had a do not disturb sign on our door and each day the cleaners would try to barge in as i had the metal chair attached to the handle and also had to place two towels under the door as they had a big space. We had issues at the pool w staff as they were very rude but the manager on duty did assist in regards . I would just go to poconos great wolf lodge we went a few times and didn't have this many issues.
