Great stay-- would stay here again-- safe, nice welcome from Cameron at front desk, room was clean and cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Didn't have breakfast. I usually stay in Pittsfield at a hotel that has given me a discount since March when my mother was put into a nursing home. I normally try to come down twice a month from CNY--needless to say it is expensive for me.. Random question-- do you offer discounts?

The room was very clean and updated. The entire team place was recently updated and renovated - a real improvement from a year ago. The free breakfast was generous and varied, and the TV had 100 free channels. Friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. Only downside was the rooms could use some soundproofing. The people in the room above us were running across the floor and loudly opening and closing the sliding porch door repeatedly at night while we were trying to sleep. We stayed 2 nights in October and got very reasonable rates.

I honestly just spent the night as part of a longer road-trip, but I found it quiet and comfortable, and the room was very clean when I arrived. Slept well, but unfortunately had to leave before breakfast.

We stayed for a romantic Anniversary Trip. We upgraded to the best room available and a bit caught off guard. All the pictures are real, but we'll call it "selective framing" made it look a bit more upscale than it is. The staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable. They left us a coupon in the room for 2 free drinks at the bar because of the occasion, but we never actually saw the bar while it was open.Still a nice gesture, but we definitely would have used it had we known when. Hot tub was fine the first day, but was not at all hot yesterday! Only slightly warmer than the indoor pool. The sign read 102°, but it honestly couldn't have been above 90°. Internet access was fine one day and spotty the next, but we didnt travel to The Berkshires in the fall to spend our time surfing the internet, so it was fine. Overall, I'd stay here again with the expectations now clearly in my mind.

The room was very nice, the beds were comfortable, and it had a additional doorway out to a nice little balcony out front of the room. Breakfast was good and of course had the infamous waffle machine which is always nice. The whole area is very nice and felt very safe.

We were a little nervous upon arrival as the landscaping did not appear up to the standards expected of a top flight place but we were put at ease as soon as we entered the lobby. The desk clerk was quick and helpful; the premises were spotless and updated; they had a pleasing looking bar although we did not stop in it; and our room was superb.
