Room was nice and big. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was strong with plenty of hot water. The pool was lovely for a morning swim. The gentleman at the reception was charming. The breakfast was very basic.

The room was clean. Bed was fine. The wifi worked well. Big flat screen tv. Really good location. Lots of parking. The hotel room is dated and needs an upgrade, but for a one night stay it is well worth the price.

An "old-school" but updated property that is clean and functional. Because of its age, the room is actually larger than most newer rooms. We were disappointed to learn on arrival that there were no accessible rooms available; however, the tub did not have a very high threshold. Adding grab bars to the bathrooms would go a long way to assisting guests with minor mobility issues. Staff was polite and welcoming. I'd have no problem staying here again if I return to Lenox.
