Dining tables and chairs inside the home give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations.
THE LIVING AREA
The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch.
THE 2 BEDROOMS
All Bedrooms and Bathroom are on the ground floor. Perfect for elders or disabled family members. Completely accessible throughout.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire left side 2-bedroom home. The right side of the house is another Duplex. Each home has their own separate entrance and yard and parking and not share anything.

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite. This request is subject to availability and not automatically confirmed. Please confirm with us first
• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation
• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them to your reservation and clean up after your pets during your stay. Let us know if you have any special requests
• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "// address" for accurate distances
• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions will be sent on your check-in day once we finish screening your group
• If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered.
• Is smoking allowed? No smoking inside, only OUTSIDE the home and further away from the neighbors — please close all doors/windows and collect smoking residues/cigarette butts to prevent the smell from getting into the home.
• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will send you check-in instructions right after we finish screening your group.
• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with normal home cleaning products. If there’s any minor cleaning mishap, you agree to give us a reasonable time to solve the issue.
• "Entire home" vs "Entire house"?
“Entire home” is not the same as “entire house”. “Entire home” refers to the whole living space that the guest will have private access to during their stay. There may be multiple units or sections within a big property land, as long as the guest has exclusive access to the areas listed in the reservation. For example, an “entire home” could be a (one-bedroom) apartment, a condo, or a studio that the guest uses alone, even if another unit exists elsewhere on the property.
• If I book the entire home for 1 person, can I bring as many people as I want? No. You must book with the correct guest count, including visitors counted as half a guest each, to ensure everyone is authorized
• Please add the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests), and pets. The price will depend on your group’s size.
