Perched 200 meters from the gates of Fantasy World, our resort is the perfect launchpad for adventurers eager to explore the outside of this magical abandoned theme park by day and retreat to serene luxury by night. But the adventure doesn't end at the park's gates; our resort boasts breathtaking views of the majestic Taal Lake and the enigmatic Taal Volcano, offering guests front-row seats to one of nature's most splendid panoramas.

HOUSE RULES:

So that you know, the pool may be closed from July 1 - July 15 for scheduled yearly maintenance. This scheduled maintenance coincides with the Philippine rainy season, making it less impactful for our Guests.

Quiet Hours:
While we have quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM, there are occasions when our local guests host special events that might extend beyond these times. We strive to ensure all our guests enjoy their stay, but please be aware that there might be periods of increased noise during such celebrations.

Smoking Guidelines:
No smoking or vaping inside buildings, bedrooms, or bathrooms. Cigarette butts should not be thrown or disposed of on the ground.

Alcohol Consumption Guidelines:
We're delighted to host you and hope you'll have a memorable stay. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we've established some guidelines regarding alcohol consumption on the property.

Social Drinking: We understand and appreciate that enjoying a drink can be a part of the vacation experience. Please feel free to savor your beverages responsibly in the designated areas for your convenience and relaxation.

Consideration for Others:
Our property is a shared space where guests come to relax and enjoy the tranquility. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum and avoid behaviors that disrupt the peace and enjoyment of others. Unfortunately, excessive drinking and loud or rowdy behavior may necessitate intervention, up to and including the need for a guest to vacate the property.

Safety First: Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited near the pool area and inside the pool for the well-being of all our guests. We're committed to ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable time during their stay.

Designated Drinking Areas:
Feel free to enjoy your drinks in our cozy Nipa Huts. If you're staying in the Casita (Unit F), the porch offers several tables perfect for gatherings. These spots are designed for your comfort while keeping the communal spaces enjoyable for everyone.

Pool & Pool Areas Glass-Free Zone:
To prevent accidents and ensure safety, we do not allow glass bottles or glassware in the pool area or while swimming. We encourage using non-glass containers to help us maintain a safe environment for all.
