Wonderful stay!

We had such a perfect stay! We loved the location, the food at the restaurant was great, and the hospitality of the staff was amazing. We were driven to and from a number of places by the staff for free, and they arranged a fabulous snorkeling trip for us too. Would definitely recommend highly! Great pool and rooms, too.

Good location next to Mushroom Bay. Fantastic Service (I stay 100 hotel nights a year and this was possibly the best in a couple of years). Very low key. Good restaurant. Nice pool with low activity. Only criticism was for the rooms with a thatched roof. They look great but you do hear bugs and geckos which make it feel like you are sleeping in a tent rather than a room. Book a room without a thatched roof and you cannot go wrong.

利用したのは、大人2人、子ども1人。2部屋あって、ベッドはダブル1、シングル2。シャワー、トイレ、各2。2泊利用。 清潔さ:部屋、シャワー、トイレは問題なし。プールも良いが、プールサイドのマットレスが鳥の糞痕が多く、使うのが躊躇われた。 スタッフとサービス:スタッフはフレンドリーで親切。旅行前から連絡をくれて、お迎え、スピードボートの手配まで、きめ細かく対応して貰えて、とても助かった。宿泊中も、ルームサービスなど、快く対応してくれた。 施設のコンディションと設備:概ね問題なかったが、シャワーは夜22時以降はお湯が出なかった。 設備とサービス:アメニティはシャンプー、ボディーソープ、ハンドソープと、必要最小限。水は瓶を使用しており、中身を継ぎ足してくれる。水道からは海水混じりの水が出て来るので、主にうがいに利用した。飲んでも問題なかったが、飲料水は主にすぐ近くの売店で購入したペットボトルを飲んでいた。朝食は可もなく不可もなし。レストランも同様。ホテルはツアー業も兼ねているので、アクティビティは豊富。シュノーケリングを利用した。マンタやウミガメなど、スタッフが一生懸命に案内してくれた。4箇所のポイントを回ってくれたが、最初のポイントは波も高く、結構ハード。その他のポイントは穏やかだった。マンタは早い時間じゃないと見られないから、その順番になるみたいだが、シュノーケリング初心者にとっては、荒い波による船酔いと、恐怖心でかなり辛かった。以前レンボガンに来た時も、他社でシュノーケリングをしたが、コースは違っており、全体的に穏やかだった。しかし各ポイントには他のツアー業者の船も密集していたから、今のレンボガンのメジャーなコースなのだろう。 総合評価:子どもはホテルのプールをとても気に入っていたし、スタッフにもとても良くして貰った。本当に感謝している。レンボガン再訪の際は、選択肢として上位に上げられる。

Sehr schöner Pool und Grünanlagen. Die einzelnen Villas sind etwas besonderes und sehr zu empfehlen. Der Service ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Angebot an Aktivitäten, die direkt im Hotel gebucht werden können. Leider gab es eine Baustelle auf dem Gelände, was vorher nicht bekannt war. Die Arbeitszeit war jedoch nur von 9-17 Uhr und damit sehr erträglich!
