Not one to complain but the resort needs a make over. We booked a pool villa the pool was unuse able. Heaps of tiles missing. Green algae/ slime. The resort is defiantly no where near 4 star. This could be a great resort but needs some love

The hotel is right on the beach which is amazing. You are on an island so things run at a much slower pace. Hotel looked a bit tired in some parts. We had a pool villa in a good location near the beach but had issues with the hot water or lack of. The staff tried to fix it but we still had none the second night of our stay. Food at the hotel is very good and the staff are lovely.

the room was stunning and very good value for money especially with a private pool the staff were lovely and accommodating although lacked service around the pool area we would of spent twice as much on drinks if we didn’t have to go searching every time we wanted to order more once looking closer the room needs a bit of a freshen up - black mould stains on the bathroom roof broken deck around the pool etc . we also found the buffet breakfast to be extremely disappointing and would skip it next time We would stay again just for location and value of the room

Firstly the staff were very friendly and amazing. Unfortunately the room (101) is in need of some TLC. Broken tiles throughout pool, Air con leaked badly, shower broken, bathroom smelt like a sewer and toilet wouldn't flush properly, mouldy lamps by bed. Then on the second night we were woken up to a Rat (not a mouse) climbing our window shades and chewing a hole in our roof. Informed staff at breakfast and they told us they looked but didnt find anything. Having a drink outside by the pool at 6pm and seen it through our window running over the bed and through our things. Got changed to room 107 and it was a completely different room, clean, fresh, tidy. Offered a floating breakfast to apologise which we appreciated but didnt take up.

Great location and walkable to good restaurants. Taxis readily available. Beach is lovely and clean but strong undercurrents. Breakfast was ok. We had a garden room (I felt a bit claustrophobic ) which we then chose to upgrade to a pool villa which is much nicer, bigger and private. The staff were very attentive.

Staff were lovely. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Convenience store in ally way next to resort really handy. Unfortunately our villa was shaded by lots of tall trees so we used the resort pool more than the private villa pool.
