Only one tram-stop away from the Central Station, with a lot of groceries to buy foods nearby. Appartment pretty beautiful, kitchen furniture decent, dish machine included. The safebox was not reinitialized but after reporting to support, i was given a safe key by the staff (who did not speak english, only german). Mattress and pillows not very comfortable. If the windows are soundproof, it is still possible to hear the neighboors. AC not working and not repaired despite the report.

Die Apartments entsprechen den Beschreibungen. Das Bett war gemütlich, jedoch die Kissen zu hoch. Es war ein Wasserkocher, eine Mikrowelle und Besteck und Teller für 2 Personen vorhanden. Kaffemaschine fehlte. Lage war super. Hatten am Bahnhof geparkt für 8€/Tag und waren in 7Minuten dort. Auch zum Zoo sind wir in 7-8 Minuten gelaufen. Ideale Lage für City Trip mit Zoo.

Von Bahnhof aus leicht zu erreichen. Leider keine Klimaanlage, dadurch sehr warm in den Zimmern. Matratzen sehr weich. Man soll nur eine Keycard pro Raum benutzen.

Es gab Schwierigkeiten mit der Kommunikation zwischen Hotels.com, Amex_Kartenzahlung und Yuma-Hotel. Es war ein ziemlicher Aufwand die Situation zu klären und endlich den Zugangscode zum Zimmer zu bekommen.
