This hotel is located on the same street just opposite St Thomas Church and a couple of doors along from the Bach museum. The Stasi museum is also quite close and extremely interesting from a historical perspective. I was there in August and outdoor dining was plentiful and good. The hotel is quite close to the subway or S-bahn which makes access to the lexic main train station very easy.

Location!!!! In front of St. Thomas Church! Bach statue is looking at the hotel!!! Everywhere is beautiful around. We walked to anywhere we wanted to go. Very safe at late night. Clean and nice. Will recommend this property.

Second time we have stayed at the hotel. It is cited in a good location with a beautiful view of the Saint Thomas Kirche. It is a nice area and feels safe for visitors. It is a beautiful hotel.

Excellent location across a small square from St. Thomas Church, virtually next-door to the Bach museum, and a very short walk to many many other sites. Excellent room with modern large shower and modern finishing. Spacious bathroom with a sitting area and good-sized desk. We had a lovely view over the green courtyard behind the property. Very pleasant library on the main floor, a sauna available to guests, and a good restaurant for breakfast (not sure about other meals as we did not test it out.) Super staff and very comfortable in English. Excellent value.

Really loved the room decorated with a Bach Cantata, beautiful. Appreciated the fully opening window, the comfy chair and the kitchenette. Disappointed that the lift wasn't working, with my mobility this did make the stay harder for me.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel with everything needed including a wee kitchen and an easy chair. Great location right next to Bach Museum and very quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent.

Beautiful hotel in the same plaza in the Thomaskirche. Perfect for Bachfest. Staff was very helpful, rooms were comfortable and clean with air conditioning, and small gym was nice. Only downside was it was a bit challenging to find, the signage on the front of the hotel could stand out more. This was a bit challenging the 2 times we got food delivery.

Great location and view. Appreciated having the minibar items included in the room price. Room could use more lighting—was too dark at night. Had to wait a long time for breakfast order— kitchen seemed backed up at peak breakfast hour — would prefer to have more items on the buffet than have to place order.

A perfectly suitable room and bath with direct view of St Thomas Church. If you need morning coffee first thing, and are staying more than one day, you‘ll need to bring not only coffee, but equipment for making it. The first day coffee was complimentary by way of a special machine; unfortunately it takes only special Illy cartridges.

It was exceptionally good value for money given the prime location. The staff were very accommodating and there were some lovely little touches like, complimentary gluwein, fruit, christmas chocolates, a free mini bar and a seemless very late check in. The shower was superb with good temperature control and pressure. The breakfast was delicious with a superb variety of hot dishes. They were also very flexible and would happily provide you with whatever you requested. Our stay was so good we have looked into staying in other hotels of the same chain.

Well-equipped and nicely decorated hotel, perfectly located in the center of Leipzig opposite the Thomas church. The hotel has no parking garage, but the Q-park garage is less than 3 walking minutes away. There's another garage 2 minutes further away, for which the hotel offers a special fare. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the fact that within 2 minutes we were at the heart of the Christmas market. Our (ball)room was in the older part and original beams were visible; room soundproof though. Apart from the hotel Leipzizg surprised us in a very positive way; we'll be back for both!

Fabulous staff. Excellent room (although, perhaps not as soundproofed as advertised, but still extremely well insulated). Only complaint was smelly bathroom but as it was 34⁰ for most of the week, the drainage system smelled quite strong anyway!) We would adore coming again!
