Wirklich eine "Villa". Top ausgestattet mit aller modernen Technik - von Induktionsherd, Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereitern über elektrische Rollläden bis zu Luxusdusche...Die Lage ist top. Wir sind immer mit dem Auto bis zur Straßenbahnendhaltestelle Thekla gefahren. Bus ginge auch, fährt aber nicht so oft wie die Bahn.Wir haben ein sehr entspanntes Wochenende verbracht. Vielen Dank!Für 6 Personen Top!Einzige Verwirrung: Bei 7 Personen müssen 2 auf einem Sofa schlafen, da es im 3. Schlafzimmer nur ein Bett und ein breites Schlafsofa gibt. (Um auf 7 Personen im Inserat zu kommen musste ein zweites Einzelbett erfunden werden, das es max. in Form einer weiteren Matratze gibt, die man zwischen Bett und Schlafsofa auf den Boden legen kann, so dass die Tür noch halb aufgeht). Uns konnte mit einem weiteren Spannbetttuch geholfen werden - also auch der Service is top.Empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes Haus. Keine schöne Lage

Das Haus ist sehr modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist ohne Abgrenzung zum Nachbargrundstück des Eigentümers. Mit Hunden problematisch.. In der Umgebung keine Möglichkeiten mit Hunden spazieren zu gehen. Der Ortsteil hat keinen Ortskern. Nur einen Bäcker im wesentlichen. Anbindung an die Innenstadt Recht umständlich. In Hörweite zu einer stark befahrenen Straße und in Sichtweite von Windrädern und 5G-Masten. Überall Baustellen drum herum.

Ein Wochenende mit den Freunden

Im Zuge einen Jungesellenabschied haben wir 7 Männer eine große und abgeschottete Anlage gesucht. Und wir wurden keinstenfalls enttäuscht. Das Haus liegt super gelegen und die kurze Anbindung zur A14 ist perfekt. Von dem Verkehr bekommt man nichts mit. Im äußerst gepflegten und großen Garten kann man super kleine Spiele spielen oder wie wir; einfach genießen! Oder man genießt das äußerst geräumliche und luxuriöse Haus. Hier gibt es alles was man zum kochen, duschen und schlafen benötigt! Wir hatten wirklich ein tolles Wochenende bei einem Gastgeber der immer zu erreichen war und schnell geholfen (Danke nochmals) oder auch den Aufenthalt spontan verlängert! Und wir sind uns einig: wenn, dann nur wieder hier her. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt!
