I went through a lot of hassles just to check-in. Then you have to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs - absolute joke. But I did find the Leichlingen area quite peaceful

Ich habe das Zimmer anhand des Fotos auf der Website gebucht, musste aber feststellen, dass keines der Zimmer einen Balkon hatte, das Zimmer war sehr heiß, da es nur ein kleines Fenster und keine Klimaanlage hatte, der Check-in- und Check-out-Prozess ist sehr kompliziert und verwirrend für den Reisenden, aber das Zimmer war sehr sauber und alles war sehr gut.

Ein Hotel ohne Rezeption. Für uns ungewöhnlich. Nachnamen wurden von smarty geändert ohne uns zu informieren. Aus Thölke wurde Thohle Aus Brüggemann wurde Bruggemann. Unsere richtigen Namen wurden vom Türsystem nicht angenommen

Kontaktloser Check-In hat reibungslos funktioniert und Zahlung mit EC-Karte war möglich. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war der spärlich gefüllte Getränke&Snackautomat, der am Morgen (Kaffee) leider gar nicht funktioniert hat. Aber dafür hab’s den Bäcker gegenüber.

Moderne nette schone hotelkamer met voldoende verlichting en twee nachtkastjes. Fijne badkamer met douche. Kluis en waterkokertje op de kamer. Mooi uitzicht vanaf de kamer en vriendelijk personeel. Klein nadeel is dat er geen netflix op d3 tv kan terwijl dit staat aangegeven en dat de kerkklokken goed te horen zijn op de kamer.

Der aufzug zum Hotel war schon rechtvalg und hat gestunken. Der chekin war katastrophal unser name war falsch im computer. Das zimmer ok doppelbett ok hatten allerdings für 2 Personen gebucht bekamen aber nur bettdecke und kissen für einen. Das tablet funktionierte nicht so konnten wir die heizung nicht einschalten. Alles in allem wenn alles vernünftige gewesen wäre hätte es für eine nacht gereicht.

Log in am Automaten umständlich. Für zwei Zimmer muß man alles zwei mal eingeben. Für alte Menschen ist das Hotel nicht geeignet. Die kommen mit der ganzen Technik nicht klar.Nachts auch mal laut. Türen knallen. sonst ganz OK

In diesem Hotel lernt man Größe schätzen. Leider ist der Platz sehr begrenzt. ein paar Zentimeter wären gut gewesen. Die technische Ausstattung ist zwar Top. Nur wer braucht schon ein Tablett PC auf dem Zimmer? Zum Arbeiten nutzt man doch den eigenen Rechner.

Beware of this hotel! You may not be surprised by the registration and technical problems of the hotel. By booking through the machine you can get a room that you did not pay. The staff did not know how to handle it. I paid for a 2-person room I received 1 person.In addition, I can not cancel my reservation I definitely do not recommend, there are a lot of hotels in the area with serious customer treatment - this one does not include
