This is never a 4 star hotel! I was really disappointed, Expedia said breakfast was included but they don’t even serve breakfast. Waited 20 minutes in the morning to check out and no one was in reception. Another lady also checked out and said her room smelled of smoke and didn’t feel safe in the hotel. The lady when checking in was really nice and accommodating but the hotel itself was really poor! I think it’s more of a 2 star hotel and I won’t stay there again.

Walked in to a Freezing Room with Windows Open in the Middle of Winter and a Lack of Sufficient Heating for a Room its Size (Room 15). No Radiators in Room just an Aircon above Entrance. Bedding was suitable for Summer not Winter..............Warmer in an Igloo.

The room was tired, unclean, freezing cold, light bulbs missing and most of those that were there, were not working. This is a horrible hotel. By far the worst I have ever set foot in. So much so that I refused to stay there as it was not as described or fit for purpose. When I complained and asked for a refund the guy at the reception acknowledge the room was in an unfit state but refused to give me a refund and said I would need to speak to Hotels.com. I left the hotel and checked in at another hotel near by.. Hotels.com I would like my money back please. Everyone who reads this review, you have been warned, do not stay here.

Hotel room was freezing, no point in complaining, they should know if the heating is working and we where only staying for one night and that will be the first and last time we stay. As they say you pay for what you get.

The staff member was pleasant and helpful, but the room was spartan, the bed broken, the TV mounted on the wall at a jaunty angle, the stairs and hallway dirty and unkept, the outer door broken, and no plug available for the bath, which put a dampner bit of bit of a dampner on things

I paid extra for an upgraded room with a large bath - but I couldn’t use that bath because there was no plug and, despite several requests from me and promises from them, they were unable to provide one. Also, the TV remote was missing, the curtains didn’t properly close, and my colleague’s door didn’t close properly. I’m never coming back, ever.

The hotel is in the centre of Leicester, very near the shops, the room is nice even though it's a budget room, got the amenities like tea making and beautiful shower. The hotel is hard to locate, due to there is no frontage, and the one way traffic system, got list a few time, parking is at nearby Highcross car park, it cost £6.00 for 24 hours because of concessions Over all it's a pleasant stay

Place is ok nice upstairs balcony, staff are friendly. Really hit and miss who the clientele are, don’t stay when Brew Beat festival is on (last weekend in August) unless you want 48 hours of endless bass even earplugs didn’t stop the thud. Hotel was nice once but seen better days,
