My review of my stay

When booking first the correct location we was meant to be staying was not available and was left last minute to be told with no photos available of property they was giving us. It was not a secure location due to property below being able to just walk to the same door luckily no one had booked downstairs. Found black hairs in shower and in the bin as there was no bin bags peoples mess was still in there . You can’t contact the managers after 8pm which they gave us 2 check out times and one last minute wanting us out at 10 but was told last minute once again and just think the money we payed just was to much
