Stayed here as a business stopover, the hotel is very tired and in need of an update. The corridors were dirty with a broken, stained sofa left out near the stairwell. The room was freezing when I entered and the lamp didn’t work which was awkward for working, I would not stay here again.

Didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment was told to come back at 1 o’clock to check in when I arrived. I was told it would cost me £20 to check in before 2 o’clock. The car park at the hotel was £25 and the NCP car park across the street was also expensive when I did eventually get to the room. It smelt quite bad. I was offered an alternative room but by this point I unpacked and couldn’t be bothered. The dayshift staff were pointless. All the staff were polite enough but they didn’t really offer any solutions to their outrageously priced parking and unclear instructions about check in. There are many many options in Leicester. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Nice hotel, really central location. Clean rooms, friendly staff and pleasant reception area. Breakfast was good. Only downside was off site parking at NCP car park but nearby and £15 for 24hrs paid to hotel at checkout.
