Good place. Very helpful staff. Rooms getting a bit well-used with time. Lost a point because the wifi absolutely refused to allow VPN. I really don't like being forced to used open access wifi with an easy password, that puts our e-sceurity at risk.

We found this hotel and its staff to be perfect. The staff were super helpful and welcoming from the gentleman at the check-in desk, to Francisco who helped my daughter and I at breakfast with our allergies (we left super full!). The hotel is right in the heart of the city and about 10 mins from the shopping district. The Highcross shopping center car park was ideal to leave the car and we felt it was safe. It showed Leciester to be a real melting pot of communities who welcome people with a smile and easy conversation. Highly recommended for both families and business trips.

The property and room was very quiet and clean, apart from the smell in floor 8 corridor. Saying that i did see that floor 6 was being refurbished so assumed they were working their way up. Staff were very professional and the breakfast was plentiful and of very good quality
