Thank you to let me stay again in this cold April night. On arrival I requested additional heating, I have a medical condition. Member of staff reassured me “your room is especially hot one, heating switches on @ 2100” therefore my request denied, Yes the heating was on for about an hour only a lukewarm radiator in a reasonable big room.
