Welcome to your oasis of peace "Viva Maria".
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offer enough space for the whole family.
The master and guest suite have direct access to the large pool area. The area is covered with a cage, so that annoying mosquitoes have no chance.
Enjoy this absolutely quiet area with southeastern exposure; relax while reading a good book; observe the abundant wildlife (yes there is also a small alligator in the lake) or spend leisurely afternoons while barbecuing watching the sunsets.
The house is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home.
You can get to Golf courses within 10 minutes drive. The airport of Fort Myers International is also 10 minutes away and the beautiful beaches of Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach and Captiva are close by.
For stays of at least 30 days, you will receive a 10% discount.

Beautiful home.
It was a beautiful home. It advised a heated pool which it was not. The pool was 69 degrees when we arrived. I choose this house because it stated a heated pool. My husband has Parkinson’s disease and needed a heated pool to exercise in. We were only able to swim in it about 3 days of the 3 weeks we rented it. It also states there will be breakfast there when you arrive. This also wasn’t true. Good thing we brought some food with us until we were able to go grocery shopping. There were no restaurants near by and nothing to do there but we did enjoy our stay there. I wouldn’t have rented if I knew the pool was heated by the sun. We left a few days early because of the Coronavirus. I am sure I will get no refund.

Nice home, quite location
We really enjoyed our 3 week stay here. The home is very clean and well kept. Spacious rooms, beautiful enclosed pool deck, and quiet suburban neighborhood. The pool water is solar heated so the water temperature during our January stay was 73-76 degrees F, a little cool for our preference but would be great for swimming laps. The TV is on the older side, no dish or cable, but there is a DVD player with a nice sound system. Couldn't get the remote to work.
Bed was very comfortable. Nice large master bath with a shower, and a guest bath with its own shower as well. The listing states the electric meter will be read on check-in/check-out and the difference will be due at check out. However, this wording does not appear in the online reservation. There is indeed a clause in the rental agreement saying that the deposit may be used for electric and utility charge payment. A credit per week was applied to partially offset the total amount due at check-out. Not complaining, but there was no mention of the credit in either the listing or rental agreement. We wound up writing a check to pay the remaining balance after checking out. This utility charge arrangement was somewhat confusing to me. We've rented quite a few VRBOs in the past, and never encountered this before. In my humble opinion as a renter, I'd rather pay a little more in rent up front than have to go through the hassle of reading a meter and writing a check at the back end. But all in all, we did enjoy our stay.
