The stay was amazing for the 2 weeks we were there. The rooms were kept in tip top conditions and the bar and kitchen was filled with amazing food and drinks There was only 2 instances where our food order was forgotten and ended up taking an extra hour longer and the massage mysteriously lost our booking. Overall, as a stay near the beaches and next to all the shopping centres its a treat.

I loved that there was a self serve laundry available for, guests, the view from the 6th floor restaurant was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a bit dirty, the food upstairs was not that good and a bit expensive for the size of the servers. The Indian food at street 32 was lovely

Hands down the best hotel experience I have ever had. Natalie at breakfast was kind enough to write me a note. I was blown away by how sweet she was, and I will keep that note forever. I got ill during my stay. Sean, the manager, sent someone to buy medicine and deliver it to my room. That goes beyond customer service to human kindness. Those are just two specific examples among a plethora of wonderful experiences. Do yourself a favor and book a room here.
