Villa from the 1950 - 140m2 years located on the first line of the Arcachon Bay, in the heart of the village of Claouey.
Close to shops, the port and cycle paths to explore the peninsula.

Minimum stay 2 nights / 3 nights long weekends / 7 nights in July and August

On the first floor, enjoy a 180-degree view:
- Living room with fireplace, wifi, TV, board games
- Semi-open kitchen with a serving hatch, direct access to the garden, bbq, plancha
- Shower room

Upstairs, the 4 bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 travelers, up to a maximum of 6 adult travelers (18 years and +)
