Au même étage se trouve également la cuisine, le salon avec un poêle à bois et la salle à manger avec une salle d'eau à l'étage. Le tout donnant sur une belle terrasse avec un bassin chauffé de 10m2 entourée d'un jardin paysagé. La protection de la piscine est optimale étant donné que la terrasse recouvre la piscine pour la fermeture de celle-ci.
A l'étage climatisé vous aurez à votre disposition une suite parentale avec salle d'eau privative (lit en 180cm), une chambre double (lit en 160) et une chambre à deux lits jumeaux (2x80cm) ainsi qu'une salle d'eau.
