The neighborhood: at the end of a recent housing development, quiet and with no traffic on one side (south side) and on the north side: directly on the forest, your only neighbors will be deer, squirrels and birds of all kinds...

Oh yes, speaking of birds of all kinds, your host (namely: my wife, our two children aged 9 and 11 and myself) will be your only direct neighbors, indeed the house is semi-detached on one side as you will see in the photos.
