THE VILLA

You will have at your disposal 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. In the house, you will find on the ground floor a large living room with fireplace open to the outside, a magnificent fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with its bathroom, a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a large bathroom (shower and bath).

Upstairs you will enjoy a large double bedroom with its shower room as well as a family suite comprising a large double bedroom, a children's bedroom with two single beds and a shower room.

Finally, to complete this lot, you will find an independent bungalow with a large bedroom and its bathroom.


The living rooms are bright and comfortable, the living room and the dining room open onto the large terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, induction hob (5 burners), 90 cm oven, American fridge and spare fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso, washing machine and dryer ...

The terrace offers a summer kitchen with barbecue and plancha.

You will enjoy the heated swimming pool (open from April to All Saints depending on the weather) and secured by a curtain.

Possibility to park one to three cars inside the property.

ACCESS

The house is ideally located in a quiet area where you can rest while enjoying the proximity of the beaches of the ocean and the basin, the market and the city center of Cap-Ferret.
