Villa located in a peaceful and natural setting at the tip of Cap Ferret, on an enclosed plot of 1000m square.

A few minutes walk from the beaches of the Ocean and the basin.
Close to shops accessible by bike.

The single-storey house comprises:
-a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, with two large sliding bay windows opening onto two outdoor terraces.
-3 bedrooms for 6 people: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, and one bedroom with bunk beds (preferably for children)
-a bathroom with walk-in shower, and separate sanitary facilities.

Pets are not allowed.

In addition:
Possibility to request cleaning for the day of departure for 120€.
Bed linen and towels rental toilet 20€ per person .
