Friendly house located on a 1000 sqm enclosed pine plot, in a very good residential area the 'Vallons du Ferret', in walking distance to the bay and the fishermans village L'Herbe. The house is simply furnished but offers everything you need for a beach vacation.
The living room offers a sofa set, fireplace, TV and dining area. Separate fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with twin bed 1.60m, bathroom, separate toilet. Large terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs, parasol and barbecue.
Distances: about 1.2 km to the ocean beach, 800 m to shops and restaurants, 800 m to the bay.

Emplacement parfait

Très agréable maison, située dans un lieu privilégié avec tout à pied: bassin, océan, petits commerces. Parfait. Et je remercie Marie et son époux pour leur gentillesse et efficacité. A bientôt !

Villa agréable dans un beau quartier

L'emplacement de la villa est très bien, dans un beau quartier résidentiel de la dune du Canon, sous les pins, au croisement de 2 rues calmes. A proximité des commerces et du village ostréicole, sans en avoir les nuisances. La villa est très logeable et agréable, avec une belle terrasse. Le mobilier est fonctionnel mais rustique, comme la plomberie qui, à ce niveau de tarif, mériterait une petite rénovation (douche avec un robinet au ras du sol, sans mitigeur ! et chauffe-eau à gaz qui se déclenche quand il veut). Mais ça n'empêche pas de passer un très bon séjour à l'écart de l'agitation du Cap Ferret. Enfin l'accueil par l'agence de Marie est professionnel.

Heerlijk huis voor 6. Rustige ligging tussen Bassin en Oceaan

Ruim huis op ruime grond in rustig villapark. Genoten van het weer en van de diversiteit van deze omgeving.
