Summary:

Renovated Landaiser house with heated saltwater pool and jacuzzi, very spacious terraces and well-kept grounds with beach volley in a quiet location in the Claouey-Cap Ferret peninsula. The bay beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance.



The Space:

The house has a large living room with an integrated kitchen, sofa corner and TV, dining table, 1 double bedroom, shower room, separate toilet and fitness room.



Upstairs are 3 bedrooms +1 bedroom with a single bed, which is accessible from one of the double bedrooms only: A parental suite with a 1.60m double bed and private shower room, 1 bedroom with a 1.40m double bed and adjoining children's bedroom with a single bed (accessible only through the double room and another bedroom with a small single bed (for kids).
