On a beautiful enclosed natural plot of 1500m² near Mimbeau and the 44 hectares in Cap Ferret, you will find this unique and lovingly furnished house. The house consists of two parts surrounded by three beautiful, very inviting terraces, one of which connects the two parts of the house.

Main part: charming living area, sofa corner, fireplace, Wi-Fi, large table, and open kitchen. One bedroom with a 1.60m double bed, private bathroom, and WC, and one bedroom with twin beds (2 x 0.80m), private shower room, and WC.



Independent part of the house (connected to the main house by the central terrace): 3 bedrooms, 2 of which each have a 1.40m double bed, private shower room, and WC. Lovely terrace area with garden furniture (outdoor table, lounge area, sun loungers), beautiful natural garden, grill, table tennis table, and parking space on the property.
