Villa Krinea is a luxurious, autonomous and independent two-stories property made by stone and the most quality materials. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 open concept kitchen and living room with a fireplace and 1 storage room.

The third bedroom is situated in a glass patio with glass walls and glass windows where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the island or can be used as a second living room.

Internally, it has a water massage and fully a German ‘Hoff’ brand kitchen with a granite counter and backsplash, with built-in electric appliances (electric oven and stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing-machine) of Miele brand. Externally there is a large swimming-pool, a garden, a courtyard which is paved with stone, a barbeque, a water tank, a veranda covered with a wooden pergola and parking space of 3 cars with direct access to the residence.
